The lady at the front desk greeted us super rudely … I mentioned we were turning in paperwork and she watched us walk on in, saying nothing . Finally we approached the first window to turn in the papers and were told to sit and wait while they are gossiping…
Your employee has openly expressed hostile and racist attitudes towards white patients. It is of grave concern that she is potentially providing service at the Health Department. Due to this racist behavior, she has been reported to the Medical Board.
For the most part the staff are amazing, it takes a little patience because usually there’s a wait but they will eventually get you seen.
