Scheduling sucks they make you wait over hour and half on the phone for your appointment unacceptable
Called for an appointment. Said they don’t do it and couldn’t help me where to get. Very very rude. Aren’t they our health department WE pay for? I’d be ashamed.
Might as well not even make appointment here considering it means nothing to them. They will keep you waiting for an hour past your appointment time to get back in the room so you can wait another 45 minutes. Unless it’s a super rare day where it’s empty, don’t expect to be out in less…
Have tried several times to call this morning to make sure I will be able to get my Grandaughter her copy of birth certificate. The phone just rings and rings. I call over & over and it only rings., no answer.
