The people here are very nice and patient. They explained everything to me in a professional and respectful way and helped me get my child’s birth records for school.
I am a new here, didn’t get told over the phone when i made the appointment that i would have some paper work to fill out or i would have been at my appointment earlier & because of the paper work i had to have my appointment moved over an hour…
Y’all should stop complaining about how long things take here. You just need to have patience and not be in a hurry. The staff here is good. True, they are overworked and flooded with people.
Wonderful people who helped all of them with no problems.
